October 4, 2011 - KeyVault's service option is part of the existing phone and depot maintenance support. Clients in major metro areas are able to receive three onsite visits per yearly term with KeyVault's Select Services package. These onsite visits are designed to help you use the system more efficiently than ever, saving you time and money.

As a Select Services client you can use these visits however you would like. You can have a field engineer:

Move the hardware to a new location. There may come a time when you need to move your KeyVault system to either a new location or just a different part of your dealership. Having a field engineer onsite is necessary to make sure this process goes smoothly and you have as little down time as possible.

Train your employees. You may find it necessary to have your employees further trained on the system to ensure that it is being used to its full potential. Whether you have new employees that are unfamiliar with KeyVault or you want your existing employees to get more out of the system, a field engineer will be able to go onsite and teach them how to more effectively use KeyVault.

Maintain and repair the system. Many clients find it beneficial to periodically have their systems inspected by a trained field engineer to keep it running at maximum efficiency. With Select Services, you can use your onsite visits to diagnose an existing problem or have the system checked out to make sure there are no issues down the road.
